Terms & Conditions

1. Eligibility
   o Entry is open to Australian residents aged 18 years and over.
   o To be eligible to claim the first prize (Mustang GT loan), the winner must be at least 25 years old and hold a current, valid Victorian driver’s licence.
2. How to Enter
   o To enter, scan the QR code displayed at participating locations and complete the entry form.
   o Limit of one entry per person per QR code scan.
   o An additional entry will be granted if a Mustang (2.3l or 5.0l) test drive is booked and completed at Warragul City Ford on or before Thursday the 25th of September 2025.
   o Entries close at 5:00pm AEST on Thursday 25th of September 2025.
3. Prizes
   o First Prize: Loan of a Ford Mustang GT for the Bathurst 1000 weekend (11th –12th October 2025), plus 2 tickets to the Sandown 500. Vehicle loan is restricted to a maximum of 500km. The vehicle must be returned in the same condition as collected, with fuel refilled.
   o Runner Up Prizes: 2 tickets to Sandown 500, Motorsport Merchandise, and miscellaneous spot prizes at the time of draw
   o Prizes are not transferable, exchangeable, or redeemable for cash.
4. Draw and Notification
   o The prize draw will take place at 1:00pm Friday the 26th September 2025 at Warragul City Ford, 11 Pearse Street, Warragul.
   o Winners will be notified by phone and/or email within two (2) business days of the draw.
5. Conditions of Prize Use
   o The Mustang GT loan is subject to Warragul City Ford’s standard loan/vehicle agreement, which the winner must sign prior to collection.
   o The winner is responsible for any traffic infringements, tolls, or damage incurred during the loan period.
   o Comprehensive insurance is included; however, an insurance excess may apply in the event of an accident, for which the winner will be liable.
6. General
   o Warragul City Ford reserves the right to verify the validity of entries and to disqualify any entrant who tampers with the entry process or submits an entry not in accordance with these terms.
   o Warragul City Ford reserves the right to substitute prizes of equal or greater value if any prize is unavailable for reasons beyond its control.
   o By entering this promotion, entrants accept and agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions.
